Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 10/09/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the judgment passed by this Court on 11.01.2011, the petitioner failed to deposit the fine amount. He submits that the petitioner is in jail and is ready to deposit the fine amount.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to deposit the fine amount in the trial Court within a period of 7 days from today. Court below is directed to accept the fine amount so deposited by the petitioner.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
