1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was selected for retailer outlet dealership for a location which was described as within 2 kms of village Navagarh on Sarangarh- Saraipali Road, district Raigarh, whereas he has been informed orally that there is apprehension of cancellation of the same as the place falls within the district Mahasamund.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that at present there is no adverse order existing against the petitioner and the petition is premature, however, if petitioner's apprehension looms large, he may make a representation before the respondent authorities.

4. Considering the facts involved and presently there is no adverse order existing in favour of the petitioner and further taking into the submission made by the respondent, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the respondent authority to canvas his grievance if the apprehension lies in his mind and the same shall be decided as per the law according to the policy of the respondent.
