1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.885/2019 registered in Police Station -Kasdol, District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children's from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

2. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. His earlier bail application was rejected taking into consideration the age of the prosecutrix. At this stage, this Court does not find any material to show change in circumstance warranting re-consideration.

3. Application is therefore rejected at this stage with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage in case of delay in trial.
