Agrawal Order On Board 07/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after institution of writ petition challenging Annexure P/3 & Annexure P/4 advance tax notice, final assessment order has been passed and that final order of assessment is challenged in WPT No.81/2015, therefore, cause of action does not survive for consideration.
