The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 26.05.2020 of the First Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur requesting for extension of more time for disposal of the case. On 06.03.2020, this Court has dismissed the M.Cr.C. No. 187/2020 of the petitioner with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months. By the PUD under consideration the Court below has prayed for some more time for concluding the trial on the ground that the proceeding could not be concluded due to Covid-19 pandemic and enforcement of the lockdown.

In view of above, the trial Court is further granted six more month's time from the next date of hearing to cunclude the trial. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for early

conclusion of trial within the time frame.

Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court immediately and also to the concerned District Judge.
