Advocate Order On Board 28/09/2015 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move application for grant of regular bail before the concerned Court. He also submits that the co-accused has already been granted bail, therefore, the Court below may be directed to consider and decide his regular bail application on the same date.
