The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code Before Tahsildar has remained pending since 2006. At this stage, limited prayed has been made by the petitioner to direct the Tahisldar restoration to expeditiously dispose off the matter.

On this limited prayer, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the proceedings under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
