1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the order dated 21.06.2021 certain developments has been taken place and demarcation proceeding of Khasra No. 461 is being carried out and the date is fixed on 19.07.2021, therefore he prays that Tahsildar may be directed to conclude the proceeding of demarcation within a limited period.

3. As limited prayer is made at this point, Tahsildar is directed to conclude the
proceeding of demarcation of Khasra No. 461 within a period of 30 days. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. It is further directed that till the demarcation is concluded, no construction shall be carried out to avoid the multiplicity of the proceeding. 5.
However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if the cause of action arises in future.
