The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed in WP(S) No. 1852 of 2019. The Counsel for the petitioner submits that there appeared to be a clerical error on the part of the steno in typing the order of the case and that the relief granted by this Court were not the main relief which have been sought for by the petitioners and it appears that the order passed in some other Courts has got passed in the present case.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the main relief of the petitioner was for grant of benefits of Kramonnati on completion of 8 years of service whereas the order passed by this Court in respect of grant of regular pay scale on completion of 3 years of service by the contingency paid employee.

The State Counsel on verification of facts from the contents of the original writ petition does not dispute the same. 4.

In view of the same, a strong case for review of the order dated 25.03.2019 has been made out. Accordingly, the order dated 25.03.2019 stands recalled and writ petition No. 1852 of 2019 is ordered to be listed for afresh order to be passed on merits.
