1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.609/2020 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, Dhamtari District Dhamtari C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant along with co-accused persons namely; Govind Choudhari, Shriram Sah, Dinesh Paswan, Rambabu Rai, Yogendra Prasad and Rajeshwar Das has committed theft of

MCRC No. 3979 of 2021 mobiles valued at Rs.19.50 lakhs from a shop belonging to Rakesh Kumar.

3. Admittedly, bail applications of co-accused persons have been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench in MCRC Nos.2320/2021, 2560/2021, 2917/2021, 3993/2021. Case of the present applicant is similar to the case of co-accused persons, therefore, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail and the present application is also dismissed.
