This M.C.C. has been filed by the applicants for return of original 'Form - C' submitted along with additional affidavit to the rejoinder by the petitioners/ applicants in WP No. 3393 of 2005. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicants. 3.

Accordingly, the original 'Form-C' submitted by the applicants be

returned to the counsel for the applicants on furnishing attested photo copy of 'Form-C' thereof.
