1. Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 226 of 2003 which was dismissed on 8th February, 2019 for want of prosecution.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Vivek Kumar Tripathi, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 226 of 2003.

3. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FA No. 226 of 2003 is restored to its original number and same be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing 2nd December, 2019.

4. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 226 of 2003.
