This is third application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant is heard in person.

It is argued that the applicant has not committed any offence. The police officers, against whom, he had made complaints, have falsely implicated him in commission of offence.

This Court had considered the application for grant of anticipatory bail of the applicant and it was rejected on merits vide order dated 09.07.2015. Thereafter, second application for grant of anticipatory bail was also rejected. The third application has been filed only to seek review of the order. It is not permissible under the law.
