Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 17/04/2020 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner's service were transferred to 132 Battalion BSF at Bareli.

It is contended that the petitioner was on leave from 11th May, 2020 and recent development as has been stated that transfer order dated 17/04/2020 (Annexure P-1) has been cancelled on 27/06/2020. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents do not dispute cancellation of the transfer order dated 17/04/2020 (Annexure P-1). 4.
In view of this, instant petition has become infructuous and no relief can be granted. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Since transfer order
has been stated to have been cancelled, the petitioner may join at the earlier place of posting.
