After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application before the Court below. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays that looking to the period of punishment provided under the law and small quantity of kerosene, Court below to decide regular bail application of the applicant on the same date as the petitioner is Sarpanch. 3.

Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
