After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. He submits that other five co-accused have already been granted regular bail and chart-sheet has been filed. Therefore, the Court below may be directed to consider their regular bail application on the same day.

Considering the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail.

In case, regular bail application is moved by the applicants, the Court below shall consider and decide their regular bail application if possible on the same day or in any case within three days.
