1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.330/2019 registered in Police Station Baikunthpur, District Koriya for offence under Section 354 (A) (D) & 509 of the IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant.
