Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly acknowledges that the ground sought to be urged in review application has already been considered and rejected in Review Petition No. 79 of 2011 preferred by the same Petitioner arising from M.A.(C) No. 122 of 2011.

For like reasons considered in Review Petition No. 79 of 2011, the present review application is also rejected.
