1. Heard.

2. Appellant Mukesh Mahobiya and respondent Sarita Mahobiya are present. The parties have moved IA No. 4, An application under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC for effecting compromise between them.

3. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent that the parties are residing together with effect from 25.01.2016.

4. It is also mentioned by the parties with further statement that they have also agreed to conclude Criminal Case No. 371/09 under Section 498-A/34 of IPC and the other proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. bearing MJC No. 201/10 and the present appeal also.

5. In view of the statement made in IA No.-4 the present appeal preferred by the appellant- Mukesh Mahobiya is disposed off in the above stated terms.

6. A decree be drawn up accordingly.
