2. These are the second applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.157/2020 registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, Raipur, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the injured. However, the injured has not been examined .

4. No case for entertaining these second bail applications is made out.
