The instant revision has been preferred by the State against the common order dated 25.11.2005 passed by the Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon in Criminal Revisions No.116 and 117 of 2005 discharging Respondent Ishwarlal from prosecution under Sections 201 and 204 of the Indian Penal Code. By the common impugned order, co-accused Narendra Bahadur Singh has also been discharged.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Ishwarlal submits that against the common impugned order dated 25.11.2005, the State had preferred Criminal Revision No.298 of 2006 against coaccused Narendra Bahadur Singh which has already been dismissed on 4.3.2009.

I have heard Learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the impugned order dated 25.11.2005 passed by the Sessions Judge as also the order dated 4.3.2009 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No.298 of 2006 in State of Chhattisgarh v. Narendra Bahadur Singh.

I find no reason to take a view different from the view taken in the aforementioned order of this Court dated 4.3.2009. Therefore, the instant revision is dismissed. The impugned order dated 25.11.2005 is affirmed.
