1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.7/2020 registered in Police Station Puspal, District Sukma for offence under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicant was found in illicit possession of 21.145 kg of Ganja when he was searched by the concerned Police on 1.6.2020.

3. Considering the commercial quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant and in view of the provisions contained under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected reserving liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.
