This petition has been field by the petitioner confining relief only for a direction for consideration of proposal sent by the Cooperative Society to the Managing Director, District Union Jashpur/ respondent No.2. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier on certain charges, the petitioner was terminated from services but later on, the Cooperative Society examined the case of the petitioner and resolved that the petitioner may be again appointed as Manager. This proposal was forwarded by the Society to the Managing Director of District Union Jashpur Nagar on 25.10.2017. Till date, no decision has been taken. 3.
In that view of the matter, at this stage, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on recommendation of the Cooperative Society within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of
-2copy of this order. It goes without saying that if the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law.
