1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.149/2020 registered in Police Station Ramanujganj, Dist- Balrampur - Ramanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicants have committed murder of deceased Phoolbasia which was witnessed by her husband Vicharan. In addition, complainant Lallu, who is son of deceased also speaks about previous enmity.
3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of complainant Lallu and eyewitness Vicharan.
