1. This contempt case is for non-compliance of the order dated 15.3.2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.690 of 2016.
2. Mr. Sao submits that the petitioner's provisional pension has already been fixed and salary from 1.11.2000 to 30.4.2010 has already been paid to him.
3. The petitioner at liberty to pursue his case for payment of salary from the year 1984 to 30.10.2000 as stand of the
respondents that the case of the petitioner being considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of aforesaid position, the contempt case is closed for the present.
