The present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the Order dated 12.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 907 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the address of the Respondent No. 04 has got wrongly typed. The correct address of the Respondent No. is "Principal, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kasdol, District- BalodabazarBhatapara (C.G.)" which inadvertently got typed as "Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Matiya, Block Kasdol, District - Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.)".

The State Counsel does not have any objection in modifying the error.

On due consideration, the present MCC stands allowed and the Order dated 12.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 907/2019 stands modified to that extent that the address of the Respondent No. 4 shall be read as "Principal, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kasdol, District - Balodabazar- Bhatapara (C.G.)" instead of "Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Matiya, Block Kasdol, District - Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.)". The present MCC stands allowed.
