Agrawal Order On Board 0 9 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II on 07th February, 2007. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Since the petitioner has already been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II on 07th February, 2007, therefore, no cause of action survives in the instant writ petition.

(4) In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of, for the present. However, if the grievance subsists, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
