The petitioner's grievance ventilated through this petition that though the petitioner is recorded Bhumi Swami of the revenue land, the petitioner's application for grant of copies of Khasra entries and other revenues entries remain pending before the Tahsildar. It is submitted that the certified copies of revenue entries are necessary for the petitioner as petitioner intends to sell the land.

The application filed by the petitioner is pending before the Tahsildar which has to be decided one way or the other, as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
