1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. Mr.K.K.Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is senior Lecturer in the Institute, but junior lecturer i.e. respondent No.6 has been given charge of Principal, which is contrary to the decision rendered by this Court in WP

(S) No.35/2013 (Shrawan Kumar Singh v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 28.6.2013.

3. On the other hand, Mr.Ravi Bhagat, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.1, 2, 4 and 5/State would oppose the writ petition.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to respondent No.1 highlighting his grievance with regard to giving charge to junior lecturer within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, which will be considered by the State Government within 30 days from the date of receipt of representation in the light of decision of this Court in Shrawan Kumar Singh (supra).
