This petition has been filed by the petitioner with grievance that even though on the petitioner's complaint, the police has registered offences under Section 376 IPC, Section 3(1) (xii) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as back as on 06.02.2014, the police, till date has not completed the investigation nor report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the competent Court. It is the allegation that the accused is an influential personality therefore, the police is not even arresting him nor completing investigation in the matter.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, particularly taking into consideration that the offences has already been registered, respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter and ensure that the investigation is concluded at the earliest and appropriate report in accordance with law is submitted before competent Court. 3.
The petition at this stage is disposed off.
