1. The present writ petition seems to be the third writ petition which the petitioner has filed against an order of transfer transferring the petitioner form Marwahi, District Bilaspur to District Jashpur.

2. The petitioner in between had preferred a couple of writ petitions which were disposed of for deciding the representations and at the first instance there was also an interim protection. However, the representations pursuant to the order of this Court stand rejected by the respondents which has led the petitioner file the present writ petition again challenging the rejection of the second representation dated 08.04.2021.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case particularly taking note of the fact that the order of transfer is one which was issued on 22.08.2019 this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference with the orders passed by the authorities concerned.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to again approach the authorities concerned by a suitable representation which the authorities in turn may be directed to consider in accordance with rules particularly taking note of the fact that the petitioner has got only about 15 months service left.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the authorities if he so wants for ventilating his grievance. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
