1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's candidature has been rejected and she has been given 18 marks by wrongly calculating her experience, she is entitled for 3 additional marks as she has worked for a period of six years 9 months, therefore, appropriate order be passed.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has only worked for 6 years 8 months 28 days, therefore, she is entitled for 18 marks only.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the experience of the petitioner afresh after hearing petitioner as per the advertisement in her presence within four weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, and thereafter pass a reasoned and speaking order afresh with regard to selection or non-selection of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
