1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.215/2018 registered in Police Station: Lakhanpur, District Surguja for offence under Section 306/34 of the IPC.
2. This is the 4th bail application on behalf of the applicant.
3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he submits that only two witnesses are remained to be examined, therefore, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the trial at the earliest.
4. In view of the submission made, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
