Honble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 27/10/2015 After arguing at length, counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if direction is issued to the Family Court for deciding the main case itself expeditiously. The submission made by counsel for the applicant appears to be reasonable. The Family Court is directed to decide the main case itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.

It would be the duty of the applicant to apprise the court below about the passing of this order.

The applicant would be further under the obligation to deposit the interim maintenance as awarded by the Family Court. The revision is accordingly disposed of.
