In view of existence of efficacious remedy of appeal, I am not inclined to examine the case on merits. The petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal before the Collector. If the appeal is filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal without going in to any objection of limitation and the petitioner is also at liberty to make proper application

which shall be duly considered by the Appellate Authority. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
