O R D E R

(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.

It is submitted by the learned State Counsel that the promotion as claimed by the petitioner has been granted and he has joined the promotional post, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 2.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the State by granting promotion and thereafter the petitioner has joined the promotional post, as stated by the learned State Counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
