The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.173/2017, registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 354 (Kha)/34 of IPC.
