1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has been transferred to Anganwadi Centre, Ward No.14, Jawahar Lal Nehru, Pendra, Nagar Panchayat Pendra, however, she is not being given the charge of Anganwadi Karyakarta at the transferred place.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application/representation to Nagar Panchayat, Pendra and that will be considered by the Nagar Panchayat, Pendra within 7 days from the date of receipt of application/representation
along with a copy of this order as it is the order of the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Pendra.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
