1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.20/2020 registered in Police Station Jamul, District Durg for offence under Sections 457 and 380/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with co-accused Vijay Nirmalkar and one Chahal Kumar have committed theft of gold ornaments, Micromax television with set top box amounting to Rs.15,000/- from the house of the complainant. Co-accused Vijay Nirmalkar has already been released on bail vide order dated 20.7.2020 passed in MCRC No.3266/2020.

3. Case of the present applicant being similar to that of Vijay Nirmalkar, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
