Aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondent No.2 whereby vide Annexure P/1 dated 06.03.2021 the respondent No.5 has also been posted against the place where the present petitioner is posted. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned order Annexure P/1 is totally silent, so far as the petitioner's place of posting is concerned and thereby against one post two persons stands posted at the same place, which is creating many problems and difficulties in the

course of discharge of the normal duties, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

The petitioner in the instant case has been posted as a Range Assistant vide order dated 23.09.2020, on which post he had immediately assumed his duties and discharging his routine work till the impugned order was passed.

Considering the nature of dispute that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if an appropriate direction is given to the respondents No.2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision so far as the petitioner's place of posting is concerned, particularly keeping in view the order dated 23.09.2020 passed by the respondent No.4, so far as the posting of the petitioner is concerned, qua the posting of the respondent No.5 vide Annexure P/1 dated 06.03.2021. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents No.2 & 4 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
