1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner No.3 has made an application for grant of compassionate appointment on account of death of her brother who died in harness that has not been considered and decided.

2. Be that as it may, respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners with regard to compassionate appointment of petitioner No.3 within two

months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to make a fresh representation, if any.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
