Respondent No.4 by ShriArjun Lal Singroul, Advocate. AWARD Dated : 08.10.2016 As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, respondent No.3 / National Insurance Co. Ltd., shall pay Rs.3,30,0007- (Three lakhs thirty thousand only) without any interest, in addition to the amount already awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this award.

It is directed that the said amount be paid to the appellant without making any condition like fixed deposit and the said amount shall be paid to the appellant through cheque.

One of the claimants, i.e., respondent No.4 represented by Shri A.L.Singroul made a statement that he has no objection with regard to the said compromise. 4.
