1. This Court by its order dated 1.3.2016 directed the pension committee to decide the case of the petitioner, which has already been considered and decided by said committee on 19.12.2017. If the petitioner is aggrieved against that order, he is at liberty to question that order.
2. In view of that, the contempt case is closed with the above-stated liberty.
