1. The review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 1634 of 2019 seeking review of the contents that have been enumerated in paragraph-2 of the order dated 08.03.2019.

2. Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the finding given in paragraph-2 is not pertaining to the petitioner's case and the same is in respect of some other case and inadvertently it has been crept in the impugned order.

3. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the State counsel.

-24. Accordingly, it is ordered that the contents stated in paragraph-2 of the order dated 08.03.2019 shall not be considered by the respondents while deciding the representation of the petitioner. It is clarified that while deciding the representation of the petitioner, the authority concerned shall consider the grounds that the petitioner would raise in his representation and the grounds that the petitioner has raised in the original writ petition i.e. WPS 1634/19. Let the petitioner bring to the notice of the authority concerned the copy of the writ petition reflecting the grounds that he has raised therein.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the order dated 08.03.2019 stands modified/clarified and the review petition accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 1634/2019. The petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of this order along with his representation and other documents that he would be putting before the respondent authority. So far as the interim protection that has been granted to the petitioner in WPS No. 1634/2019 is concerned, the same shall continue till a final order is passed by the respondents on the representation of the petitioner.
