1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.3, Additional Tehsildar, Bilaspur for deciding the application under Section 115 and 116 Read with Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code filed by the petitioner.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the land in dispute is in respect of the property situated in Khasra No.683/3 measuring 0.04 Acres. According to the petitioner the said application pending before the Additional Tehsildar, Bilaspur for the last more than three years and without any much progress. Therefore he prays for appropriate direction for an early decision on the same.

3. Considering the prayer that the petitioner has made, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Additional Tehsildar Bilaspur, respondent No.3 to decide the application of the petitioner.

4. The Additional Tehsildar, Respondent No.3 is expected to take a decision on the application at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
