The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that though the petitioner had been worked wherever she was alloted work at different place within the jurisdiction of Zila Panchayat, Kanker, Zila Panchayat North Bastar, Kanker, the petitioner has not been paid her salary for 11 months. 2.
If an employee has worked at a particular place and discharge duties and functions attached to the office, an employee would be entitled to appropriate remuneration. The matter needs to be examined by the Chief Executive Officer,
-2of Zila Panchayat, District North-Bastar, Kanker. Let the petitioner prefer a representation before the concerned authority. Upon receipt of representation, the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat shall examine the same, call for records from all subordinate authority information/record and then take a decision on petitioner's claim within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
