1. An application for disposal of the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the submission that when the authority did not decide the petitioner's application, the petitioner filed this petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner intends to seek a direction for disposal of her application pending before the competent authority only. He submits that competent authority has not decided the matter and keeping it pending on the ground that the petition has been filed before this Court.
3. One of the reliefs sought by the petitioner in the writ petition is that the authority be directed to dispose off the petitioner's application.
4. Therefore, without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the competent authority to decide petitioner's pending
-2claim/application within period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
