Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 20/01/2017 In this petition, the petitioner has been transferred from the jurisdiction of one Jila Panchayat to other Jila Panchayat.

In view of order dated 23/12/2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.1273/2016 and batch of petitions, the impugned order to the extent it relates to petitioner's transfer, is also held illegal.

Therefore, this petition is disposed off in similar terms as order passed in WPS No.1273/2016 and batch of petitions.
