Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite time bound direction issued by this Court on 13-07-2017, the order of the Court is not complied with.

It is fairly submitted that against the order passed by this Court, a writ appeal was preferred.

However, I find that on 09-11-2017 writ appeal was also dismissed. Since then four months have lapsed. Considering that the writ appeal on 09-11-2017, it would be proper at this stage to dispose off the matter with observation that if the petitioner's application is not decided within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order which is now being passed, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed off.
