1. The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by inaction on the part of the authority in the matter of giving appropriate treatment to the period of service from 17.8.2016 to 15.11.2017.
-22. I find that earlier when the petitioner was transferred, interim order was passed and the petitioner was directed to continue and then the transfer order was cancelled. Therefore, this matter has been referred by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Mahasamund to the Development Commissioner vide his memo dated 17.1.2018.
3. Considering that the matter is pending before the Development Commissioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending but to dispose off the same with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision and issue necessary instructions and guidelines to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Mahasamund in response to letter dated 17.1.2018 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. It goes without saying that in case petitioner's grievance is not redressed, he will be at liberty to revive the petition.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
